A friend of mine died and suddenly his home needed to be packed up, cleared out, cleaned, staged and sold. It was so emotional but his family lived out-of-state and needed my help. While they focused on his services, I gave them some peace of mind knowing his home and belongings were being taken care of with love and thoughtfulness.
I later helped another friend move his mother from independent living to a long-term care facility. Being there and comforting him as he sorted through his mother's personal belongings, deciding what to keep and what to sell or donate was priceless to him. I learned that being able to provide this type of service is so important for families in their time of need.
For 10 years, I was an RN in Cardiac Care and ICU. During this time I cared for and supported many families who were experiencing difficult times. Reaching out and providing support comes naturally to me and I value helping people. Now as a Certified Residential Transition Specialist, I can combine my love for people and aid them as they move into their next stages of life.
